I&...Thanks, I was looking for something like this.<br /><br />I've moved some of the code around in the business end so it makes more sense to me - see http://www.encratica.com/media/usart.asm<br /><br />Although I see the TXREG getting A,B,C as expected, I just get garbage out of the USART console (even on low-speed, 2400 baud). Oh well.<br /><br />More annoying is that if I run this on the k8048 I get nothing on /dev/ttyS0. Did I read somewhere that the board doesn't do RS232 properly?<br /><br />All the more reason to upgrade to something else.
